From the moment you sign up, we invest real time, resources, and expertise into your search. This policy is written to be transparent and clear so there are no surprises after payment. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

All payments made to Hireme AI are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.
"Service commencement" means any one of the following has happened:
If none of the above has happened and you wish to cancel within 24 hours of payment, contact us right away at hireme.aisupport@gmail.com and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that circumstances change. That said, we're unable to offer refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
In each of these situations, our team continues working on your behalf for the full 90-day period, and this refund policy remains in effect.
Hireme AI provides a managed job-search execution service. We do not guarantee, promise, or imply any of the following outcomes:
Job-search outcomes depend on many factors entirely beyond our control - current hiring conditions, demand for your specific role, company-level hiring freezes, geographic and industry limits, and the strength of an individual candidate's profile.
Our commitment is to the quality, consistency, and volume of the job-search process - not to specific outcomes. The absence of interview calls or job offers, during or after the 90-day period, is not grounds for a refund.
While we can't guarantee outcomes, we firmly guarantee the deliverables below. If we fail to deliver any of them, you have every right to raise a formal complaint:

If personal circumstances mean you need a break, you may request to pause your service for up to 14 days within your 90-day period. Any paused days are added to the end of your service period.
Pause requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. Pauses are limited to one per client per 90-day engagement and are granted at Hireme AI's discretion. A pause is not a refund and does not entitle you to any partial or full refund.
If you're unhappy at any point, please reach out before assuming the situation can't be resolved - it almost always can.
In the event of a legal dispute, this policy is governed by the laws of India.
Payments for renewals or monthly extensions follow the same non-refundable terms as your original payment. To cancel a renewal, contact us within 24 hours of the renewal payment and before service commencement.
